After living in New York for two years brunch has become one of my favorite things to do on the weekend. Thankfully Galway has caught onto the trend and has a great selection of spots serving brunch. So when I moved back to Galway, I had the chance to visit some of the best brunch spots in town…More than once. Here are my top 5 brunch spots, and trust me I have tried them all! I have taken a good few months away from blogging. University took over my life basically. Managing Uni work, a part time job and having time to unwind just meant that there was no time to keep up with blogging. However, I am almost finished my masters. The excitement is real! In this post, I wanted to write about what it is like going back to uni and what life is like doing an MA in this post. Continue reading “Going back to Uni after a Gap year”
Hope everyone had an awesome Halloween. I have been away from blogging for yet another month. In my defense, University is attempting very hard to drown me. However, I desperately want to finish my posts on my recent backpacking trip around South East Asia. So, I am back to talk about a new country which is Indonesia, and more specifically Bali.
Holy Shit, University has taken over my life. I honestly started writing this post two weeks ago and am only after getting around to finishing it now! Anyways…..

They were sick of hearing about German history and Fantasy novels (yeah I got to study that) by the end of the last year! However, I am well aware of how stressful Uni can get. Especially final year. So I thought I would share some of my tips on how I got through my college years. Continue reading “My Top 5 Tips for Uni”
Singapore is the cleanest place I have ever been to. It kind of reminded me of those utopian cities you see on television (The one in the show The 100, springs to mind). I really enjoyed my time in Singapore and I considered adding it to the list of places I would like to live. However, It lacked Hipster coffee shops so I’m not sure. Priorities right?
Back with my last installment of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh AKA Saigon. I absolutely loved this city. The shopping is amazing. They have some great boutiques at very reasonable prices. The dream would be to come back when I have money to spend and just spend my time shopping.
If you are into learning more about the Vietnam war then this city has got you covered.
